At a time when other estate agents are closing for business, Thomas H Wood has announced the opening of new premises at Park Road, Whitchurch.
Following on from the acquisition of Michael Traynor Estate Agents, the company has refurbished Traynor’s former premises in Whitchurch in their new company branding.
Thomas H Wood was established in 1970 and is one of the most highly regarded agents in South Wales. As an independent family owned estate agency it provides property sales & rentals for both residential and commercial properties throughout Cardiff and South Wales. The company is presently managed by Paul and John Wood the sons of the original founder.
Commenting on the new premises in Whitchurch, Director Paul Wood stated “Whilst many may consider this a strange time to open a new estate agency office because of the present economic conditions, we are pleased to say that whilst the house sales market had obviously slowed down, the success of our rental division continues. Having offices in Whitchurch is an excellent development for our company and the acquisition of a locally based agency will provide us with an even closer relationship with the local community.
The new style corporate branding launched by the company was undertaken by Cardiff based Stepping Stones Marketing Solutions and includes eye catching sales boards and a new website. Director – John Wood said “We are delighted with the new image created for the company which will certainly make Thomas H Wood stand out from the crowd. The launch of the new branding comes at an exciting time for the company as we build on the success of the last 40 years and look forward to further growth in the years to come.”
The Thomas H Wood offices open for business at the beginning of July.
